Expediting
Production process control aimed to (for) evaluation of capacitive and organizational level, which is necessary for assurance the commitment to specific customer's contract. Actual production schedule matching shall be part of expediting control and/or activities.
Final Quality Inspection of the Product (FI)
Final quality inspection performance with a view at supplied product quality verification. Final inspection consists of producer's final documentation and attests review, producer's internal quality documents and records concerning specific processes control random review and review of critical factors of the product quality in the place of quality inspection. Inspection is focused on main quality criteria (specific properties, accuracy, dimensions, quantity etc.) of inspected products.
Quality Inspection Monitoring/Running Inspection)
Running Inspection expected multiplicative inspection performance, in form of repeated quality inspection performance during production process. The inspection is focused on the producer quality plan discipline observation. Inspection shall be verify producer´s steps in relation to process/control plan (Quality Plan, Control Plan of Testing, Specifications etc.), with focus on monitoring the producer's internal inspection activities and processes as well as main production processes with dominant impact on quality (specific properties, accuracy, dimensions, quantity etc.) of inspected products.
Technological and Inspection Processes Witness
Personal supervision and witness during the technological and quality inspection processes. Verification of technological and/or quality inspection procedures, processes and inspection witness, focused on special processes parameters such as welding , NDT (non destructive testing), heat treatment, TMP (thermo mechanic processing), loading tests, pressure testing, functional tests, etc. Technological and Inspection Processes Witness is expected multiplicative type of inspection performance, in form of repeated quality inspections during the production process, inspection is focused on quality plan follow-up by producer. Inspection is expected to be performed according to approved quality control plan (Quality Control Plan, Quality Plan, Specifications etc.), with focus on monitoring the producer's control processes and main production processes with dominant impact on quality (specific properties, accuracy, dimensions, quantity etc.) of the inspected product.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection provides the assurance of the product preparedness for dispatch.
Inspection is performed at producer facility after completion the production, and also all post production activities including the surface treatment, marking and packing.
Inspection concentrates on order items being prepared to dispatch that means completeness (to the packing lists), packing and marking (shipping marks).
Shipping Inspection
Inspection of completeness the shipment according to the purchase order and packing lists (the inspection is not considered items detail physical inventory).
Unloading Inspection
Goods completeness and condition inspection after the transportation. Goods unloading witness.
